Basically I would lean towards more time. If the cleaning was done faster, the excess time will be credited or refunded. In my experience, the first 3-4 appointments are always longer than the ones that follow. But it is also a question of the type of facility. If the apartment is more simply furnished, there is less dusting and furniture etc. to be moved around, then the time required is less. It is also important whether the apartment has been cleaned regularly or not - or whether there are special floors, calcification, etc.
