I have the Swiss Hotelmanager Patent and am trained in HACCP. The Hazard Analysis and Critical control point (HACCP) means that I can record the chemical, biological, physical and microbiological hazards in the food industry, but also in hospitals, kindergardens, swimming pools, fitness centers etc. and eliminate them through systematic controls and avoidance strategies. I also worked as managing director in a Swiss hotel with 83 beds and 320 seats in the restaurant. We were also able to offer our guests a SPA area. I attach great importance to avoiding cross-contamination and attention to detail. That's why I opened a mobile cleaning company for private households and the catering industry and can also offer practical in-house training for catering employees.
